| 摘 要： | 搞好高校教学档案管理对全面促进高校改进教学工作、提高办学质量具有十分重要的现实意义和历史意义.高校教学档案管理具有分散性、复杂性、成套性、周期性等特点.新时期我国高校档案管理路径创新的思路是：增强责任意识,实现档案管理规范化;强化整合意识,实现档案管理系统化;增强服务意识,实现档案效用最大化;强化现代意识,推进档案管理现代化.

| Abstract: | Effectively managing the teaching files in a university has its vital reality and historic significances for promoting overall teaching affairs and improving teaching qualities.Teaching files management in a university is dispersed,complicated,systematic and periodical.The author of the paper supposed the ideas of the path innovations in the teaching files management in a university: to strengthen sense of responsibility for regularized management,to simulate sense of integration for systematic management;to promote sense of service for maximum efficiency,and to improve sense of modernization for currency. |
