| Abstract: | This paper argues the differences between learning styles and cognitive styles, introduces systematically the classification and category of learning styles in order to redress the traditional misconcepts of people about learning styles. Meanwhile it points out the importances of a harmonious combination of teaching styles and learning styles and specific suggestions for practice based on the theoretical framework of Social Constructivism. |
