浅析《新疆学生》小报在民族教育中的激励作用

为了促进新疆班教育教学工作，进一步提高广大新疆班学生自我管理的意识和能力，学校创办了《新疆学生》小报。报纸虽小，内涵丰富，关注学生生活，关怀学生思想，指导学生学习，激励学生成长，倡导正确舆论，深受广大师生的喜爱。

Plays an Important Role in Education of Minority Students

In order to enhance the students'consciousness and ability of self discipline and management,our school sponsored a campus journal Xinjiang Students. Though small-sized, the journal concerns deeply about the students' life and pays special attention to what the students really think about. It also directs their studies as well as their lives and therefore encourages them to grow up healthily both physically and mentally. The journal had been warmly welcomed by the teachers and the students.
