| 摘 要： | 伴随知识经济时代的到来，知识不断创新、高新技术迅速产业化，知识及人的素质在国民经济增长和劳动生产率的提高中起决定性作用；知识经济时代的教育的核心是培养人才的创造性思维和创新能力，高师教育要适应这个时代的需要，深化教学内容和教学方法的改革，实施创新教育，从各方面积极创造条件，培养学生创造性思维和创新能力，才能够迎接知识经济时代的挑战。
