| 摘 要： | 通过对大学师范生和中学教师这两个相关群体的抽样调查 ,表明中学教师的心理安全感优于在校大学师范生。大学师范生由于处在一个高文化的环境中 ,身心具有明显的两极性、冲动性和爆发性 ,加之师范生本身的特点 ,师范生缺乏安全感的比例较大。应通过科学的师范教育和心理健康教育来加以改善

| Abstract: | Through a spot check carried out on two interrelated groups—normal college students and middle school teachers, it is found out that the psychological security of teacher group outgoes that of student group. In a highly cultured environment, normal college students manifest polarity, impulsion and outbursts at both physical and mental aspects. Additionally, due to the students' own characteristics, feelings of insecurity impinge on a large portion of them. This problem is subject to scientific instruction and psychological education. |
