孔府的自然物信仰

孔府的自然物信仰主要包括祭北斗和祭日晷。祭北斗仪式与恢宏隆重的祭孔仪式相比，简而又简，且被特意遮蔽掩盖，显示出孔府把不属于儒家思想体系的文化信仰遮蔽起来，以示圣裔独尊儒家文化，尊崇隶属道教范畴的北斗信仰，实质仍是维护儒家思想。祭日晷此独特的信仰方式，更深层面地反应了孔府自视傲于封建王朝之上的心态。孔府对于诸多自然现象、自然物的信仰与敬奉，是孔府维持神圣地位不懈努力的具体表现，皆是以孔府自身的切身利益为旨归，只是某些敬奉的方式因朝代的更换而有所变动，其信仰并未摆脱实用功利性色彩，凸显出崇儒重道的文化实质。

The Nature Objects Belief of Confucius Mansion

The natural objects belief of Confucius mansion mainly involved sacrificing the Big Dipper and sundial. Compared with sacrificing Confucius, the ritual of sacrificing the Big Dipper was very simple and concealed intentionally, which in essence was to protect the respect for Confucianism by covering up the belief of the Big Dipper that belongs to Taoist. As a unique belief, sacrificing sundial deeply manifests that Confucius mansion considered its position even above the feudal dynasty. These two beliefs discoursed Confucius mansion made great efforts to maintain its riches and honor, and furthermore, whether or not respect gods depended on the maintenances of its interests. It revealed the Confucius mansion＇ s belief was characteristic of practical utility. Confucius mansion＇s natural belief illustrated the essence of respect to Confucianism.
