| Abstract: | In order to eliminate the problems of traditional form of cash payment and settlement, we use the official card billing method. Official card billing method plays a role in curbing indiscriminate spending of public funds, constraining corruption of public funds bound and increasing the transparency of public spending. But there are still many problems. It is necessary to improve the relevant matching system in order to play the role of business cards. |
