分析三角孔光栅的衍射场

摘    要:为了研究三角孔光栅的衍射场,采用波前相因子判断法,得出三角孔衍射场所含基元成份.根据惠更斯-菲涅耳原理,推导出像面上的振幅分布公式及像面上的光强分布公式.并利用数值模拟的方法得出三角孔的衍射图样.结果表明,在验证衍射理论的同时,还拓展了衍射的概念,为深入理解光的衍射提供理论基础.

Abstract:In order to analyze diffraction fields of triangular-pore,Based on the method of wavefron! phase-factors we have analysed out the diffraction and considering of the influence of limited aperture of grating, we have analysed out the diffraction fields by triangular-pore which contain components, According to principle of Huygens-Fresent. Finally the amplitude and the length strenth paramether distribution along axis are obtained. And by using method of numerical simulation of triangular-pore. Results show that the validation of diffraction theory at the same time. Also extend the concept of diffraction. This study may further provide a theoretical foundation to Optical element by combination cosine-grating.
