摘    要:在儒家思想史上,以孔子儒家为代表的原生儒家探究了“孝应该如何行”,却未回答“孝是什么”这一更加关键性问题,也就是孝论存在的正当性问题。董仲舒从天人关系的层面上,将“孝”论证为“天之道”的自我展现与自我运动,是“天”这一宇宙绝对法则在人类社会的外现。儒家孝论的思辨性增强了,逻辑性提高了,孝由一普通的伦理范畴上升为哲学范畴,儒家孝论实现了“实质上的系统”。

Abstract:In the history of Confucianism, the original Confucianism represented by Confucius explored how to practise filial'piety, but did not answer a more critical issue what filial piety is, namely the legitimacy of filial piety. From the point of relations between Heaven and man, Dong Zhongshu demonstrated filial piety as self-expression and self-movement of "the way of Heaven". In his opinion, Heaven was the absolute law of the universe, when shown in human society, it was called filial piety. By these argumentations, both the logic and the speculative in filial piety of Confucian were increased. It was ascended to a philosophy category from a common ethic and finally became a system in essence.
