| 摘 要： | 基本公共服务均等化是社会公平公正及社会和谐的基础。我国目前存在的基本公共服务非均等化问题比较突出,不利于经济社会的更快更好发展。对于我国基本公共服务非均等化的原因,该文分别从制度与非制度因素两个方面进行了分析。

| Abstract: | The equalization of basic public services is the foundation of social fairness, justice and harmony. The non-equalization of basic public services in current China is a prominent problem, which is not conducive to the development of economy and society to be faster and better. This article is going to analyze the reasons for non-equalization of basic public services in China from two aspects of institutional and non-institutional factors separately. |
