大型回转支承装置故障的综合诊断

阐述了大轴承的结构、运动特点及典型故障类型，分析了各种故障的振动、油样和电参量特征，提出了基于振动分析、光铁谱技术及电机电流瞬态检测技术的大轴承故障综合诊断方法，并用该方法对多家企业的７种机型、１２台设备进行了２１次综合测试分析，取得了良好的效果。

Synthetic Diagnoses of Large Rotary Support Faults

This paper reports the special structure and moving and typical faults of large bearing,analyzes the characteristics of vibration and oil samples and electric parameter when these faults oc-cur,and approaches the method used for large bearing fault synthetic diagnosis.This method is based on the technique of vibration and sp-ectroanalysis and transient responses detecting in the electric power system. It has been applied to twenty-one synthetic diagnoses on tw-elve machines of seven types.It has proved quite effective.
