公共部门女性职业生涯发展中的困境与解决途径

摘    要:目前对于就职于公共部门的女性来说,面临着传统性别歧视、法律制度偏失、人才开发不足、女性角色冲突与困惑等突出问题,严重制约着公共部门女性人才的成长。文章将公共管理领域与职业生涯发展研究相结合,从社会、组织、个人三个层面提出了营造良好氛围、适度倾斜政策、加大开发力度、提升自身素质等解决途径。

Abstract:Women working in public sector are often faced with such questions as traditional gender discrimination,lack of relative legal systems,insufficiency of talent development,female role conflict and confusion which constrain growth of female talent from the public sector.Comebining public management with the research on career development,it encourages to build good atmosphere,to tilt policy to some degree and to improve the quality of their own.
