| 摘 要： | 就宏观教学模式的定位而言，电大人要想走出理念与现实冲突的怪圈，首先必须突破已有的思维定势，正视其混合型教育形态的特征，认识到这是远程教育本土化的必然结果；而后方可确定其教学体系建设的系列原则，才能因势利导，将电大建设成以远程教学为主体的，具备科学混合型教育形态特征的高等学校。

| Abstract: | Speaking of the pitch of macro-teaching mode, to get out of the strange phanomena frame-the conflict of reality and concept, first of all,tvu should breakthrough its inherent thinking mode,envisage its mixed teaching feature of education,realize that this is the inevitable result that education should be local; then they can fix teaching systerm principles,and make the best use of the circumstance and then make tvu the university.with the feature of scientific and mixed education |
