| 摘 要： | 16、17世纪的英国、荷兰由于发展出有效率的市场而超越了法国、西班牙,并实现了经济持续增长。这中间,有效率的市场能实现经济持续增长在于:降低交易费用、促进分工和专业化、推动组织变革、诱发技术创新。

| Abstract: | During the 16th and 17th century,the economy of the Holland and Britain not only exceeded that of France and Spain,but also realized to make consistent progress,due to the efficient market that they constructed.Then the functions of the efficient market that contribute to the economic consistent increase can be sorted as decreasing the cost of transaction,enhancing division and specialization,stimulating the reform of organization,deducing the creation of technology. |
