摘    要:“三个代表”思想是高等教育改革与发展的行动指南。“三个代表”思想内涵蕴涵着高等教育人才培养的方向,就是着力培养中国先进生产力的开拓者、先进文化的弘扬者和最广大人民利益的维护者,从“三个代表”的高度培养人才,促进人才素质的全面发展,为我国经济建设提供更多高素质的劳动者,是新世纪发展高等教育的方向。

Abstract:As a guide to the reform and development of higher educat ion, the theory of "Three Represen's" contains a new trend in the development o f talents for higher education. That is to train pioneers of China's adva nced productive forces, developers of the advanced culture and safeguards of int erest of the broadest masses of the people. It is a new development of higher ed ucation in accordance with the "Three Represen's" theory which promotes the com prehensive quality of talents and provides more quality laborers for the economi c construction of our country.
