| 摘 要： | 法律传统是指一个特定的国家、民族在其长期的历史发展过程中形成并流传下来且流变着的,有着固定内核的有关法律现象、法律制度等的经验积累、行为模式以及因此而产生的法律观念等。它具有民族性与地区性、延续性与发展性、隐蔽性与改变的艰难性等特征。

It hands down from a specific country and nation during its long cousrse of development and being changeable all the time. It embodies the characteristic of nationalism, regiouism, continuity, development, conceal and is difficult to change. |
