| Abstract: | With the increasing of the crime committed young peoples ,in order to prevent and reduce this phenomenon, the most important measure is to strengthen the propaganda and education of the law among young peoples, help them learn the law?understand the law?obey the law, be good citizens, thus prevent and reduce the criminal cases. |
