| Abstract: | This paper starts with the reaffirmation of the triangular relations of anti-dumping, anti-subsidy and product-specific safeguard measures. It is also pointed out the causes of trade relief that foreign countries are frequently directed against China. Consequently the paper concludes with two proposed solutions by means of macro and micro perspectives. |
