| Abstract: | Based on west and Chinese management thought,the paper discusses basic starting-point and main content of human-center management,it suggests that human being is the best important and valued resources and fortunes. The paper also analyzes choice,application,practice and innovation of human-center management methods,it points out that human-center management would desire for new epoch and bottom of existence and development for modern enterprises. |
