| 摘 要： | 在十二水合硫酸铁铵催化下，由肉桂酸和乙醇发生酯化合成了肉桂酸乙酯，当0．02mol肉桂酸，0．20mol乙醇和0．01mol催化剂一起回流7．0h，产品收率达94．3％．

| Abstract: | The ethyl cinnamate is synthesised by the estendcation of cinnamic acid and ethyl alcohol in presence of ammaniam feric sulfate dodecahydrate. Thus a mixture of 0.02 mol cinnanic acid,0.20 mol ethyl alcohol and 0.01 mol catalyst are heated for 7 .0 h at renfluxing temperature, and the yield of ester is 94. 3 %. |
