试论"楚辞"对《诗经》的继承与发展

春秋以来，楚国在长期独立的发展过程中，形成了独特的楚国地方化；与此同时，楚国又与北方各国频繁接触，吸收了中原化，也滋养了它故的化。“楚辞”继承了《诗经》铺陈词藻、咏物说明，引类比兴的特点，但较之《诗经》，“楚辞”形式更解放，主题更深刻，手法也更多样了。

On Songs of Chu: Its Derivation from Shi Jing (Classic of Poetry) and Development

Since Spring and Autumn Period, Chu State formed its particular local culture in the course of long independent development. Meanwhile, it kept continual contact with northern countries as a result of absorbing the culture of central plains (comprising the middle and lower reaches of the Huanghe River), which enriched its former culture. So Songs of Chu inherited such characteristics as elaborate flowery language, narrative in poetic form and arguments, figure of speech and taking advantage of a scene to express his emotions. But compared to Shi Jing, Songs of Chu had freer thinking, profounder motifs and diversified techniques.
