| 摘 要： | 学校的风气虽然是潜在的、无形的，但对学校的各方面却具有巨大的襄狭作用．好的校母具有品牌效应，是无法计量的办学资产．因而为中外有远见卓识的教育家所重视，并从领导作风、会风、学风、教风、考风等方面着手营造良好的风气，提高办学的水平。

A good school atmosphere has its brand effect and is immeasurable property for school operation and thus is more emphasized by predictable educators from home and abroad.
