民办高校大学英语教学课程专业化改革探析

民办高校作为我国高等教育的重要组成部分,旨在为经济社会发展培养应用型人才,因此,其教学也应围绕"应用型"而展开。本为以大学英语教学为视角,分析当前民办高校大学英语教学的现状和改革的紧迫性,进而大胆提出民办高校大学英语必须实施课程的专业化改革。

Analysis of specialization reform of English curriculum in private colleges

Being an important part of higher education system,private colleges in China aim to cultivate application-oriented talents.Accordingly,their teachings should revolve around "application".This paper,from the perspective of college English teaching,analyses the urgency of reform as well as current situations of English teaching in private colleges and suggests boldly that private colleges should conduct specialization reform of English curriculum as soon as possible.
