| 摘 要： | 把欠发达地区经济发展融入经济全球化战略,要规范地方政府的经济行为和行政行为,用全球化的思维调整产业结构;确立以人为本的综合发展战略,分类指导,做好经济结构战略性调整;确定"跨越式发展战略",必须在提高劳动者素质和科技水平上下功夫,找准市场位置.

Three Strategies of the Economic Developement of the Underdeveloped Areas |

| Abstract: | To count the underdeveloped areas as members of the big family the economic globalization must standardize the economic action and the administrative action of the government, must establish the guiding line of humanism, and reajust the old economic structure, set the striding patten of economic developement as example, above all, the whole levels of the workers must be improved and the market position reasonable. |
