典型地区失地农民再就业安置模式探析

做好失地农民就业安置工作是我国城市化进程中亟待解决的突出问题。通过对各地征地实践的系统梳理和综合比较,总结分析了五种典型安置模式。由于外在适用条件不同,每种安置模式都各有利弊,无论哪种模式都不具备普遍适用性,因此各地应结合地方实际,改革征地制度,借鉴各种典型安置模式的成功经验,积极探寻适合当地情况的安置措施。

Analysis on the Re-employment and Resettlement Models of Landless Farmers in Typical Areas

It is a prominent problem to solve the employment and resettlement of landless peasants in the process of urbanization in China.Through systematic combing and comprehensive comparison of land expropriation practices in different regions,five typical resettlement models are summarized and deeplyanalyzed.However,due to the different external application conditions,each resettlement model has its own advantages and disadvantages,it is difficult to find a universally applicable resettlement model.Therefore,all localities should reform the land expropriation system according to the local reality,draw on the successful experience of the typical resettlement model dialectically,and then actively explore the appropriate resettlement measures for local conditions.
