| Abstract: | Ideological and political work plays a leading role in promoting quality-oriented education in vocational colleges,while improvement of the staff on this work constitutes the basis and guarantee for moral education on students.The key to the improvement lies in deepening the staff`'s ideology,awareness and quality,in setting a clear target and orientation,and in creating favorable conditions. |
