| 摘 要： | ArcGIS8是美国环境系统研究所开发的地理信息系统软件．结合应用ArcGIS8对河南省禹州市5个旅游景区进行大比例尺地形图测绘成图的实践，说明了ArcGIS8数字化成图的方法，同时阐述了数字化成图的基本过程，最后对ArcGIS8在地图制图方面的优缺点进行了分析．

| Abstract: | ArcGIS 8,a geographic information system(GIS) software is developed by the Environmental Systems Research Institute,Inc.(ESRI) of America.Combined with the use of ArcGIS 8 tools in the design of 5 large scale relief maps of scenic spots of Yuzhou in Henan Province,this paper shows the method to digital mapping with ArcGIS 8.It also explains the basic course of digital mapping and analyzes the advantage and disadvantage of map design with ArcGIS 8 finally. |
