高等职业教育中的能力本位教育与素质教育

高等职业教育实施能力本位教育是其自身基本特征得以凸现的需要。实施素质教育是其适应未来社会发展和针对单纯强调能力本位教育的缺陷而提出来的，二者是互补而非替代性的关系，应从教学制度创新等三个方面来处理好能力本位教育与素质教育的关系，促进高等职业教育的健康发展。

Competence- based Education and Quality- oriented Education in Higher Vocational Education

The paper discusses that the relatio nship between competence -based edu cation and quality -oriented education is mutually supp lemental rather than substitutive.It is based on the fact that to impleme nt competence -based education is to me et the need of displaying the essential characters of higher vocational education and that to implemen quali ty -oriented education is to adapt to the development of the future society and to remedy the defects of competen ce -based education.Three ways can b e used to deal better with this re-lationship for promoting the sound d evelopment of higher vocational edu cation.
