| 摘 要： | 商务合同英语作为一门专用英语,有其独特的语言特征.文章以词汇、句式结构作为切入点,通过用大量的词汇及实例分析商务英语合同的语言特征.商务合同英语不仅要求措辞准确,而且结构严谨, 因此,要求翻译者不仅具有较高的语言修养以及商务英语方面的相关专业知识,而且在进行商务英语合同翻译的时候,应该有严谨的工作态度,以确保合同语言的准确、严谨和规范.
