| 摘 要： | 根据不同的标准,林业法律规则可以进行不同的分类。按照林业法律规则在法律调整中的不同作用,可以把林业法律规则分为调整性规则和保护性规则。按照林业法律规则是否允许林业关系参与者进行自主调整,可以把林业法律规则分为强行性规则和任意性规则。按照林业法律规则内容确定性程度的不同,可以把林业法律规则分为确定性规则和相对确定性规则。按照规则所调整的关系是否发生于该规则产生之前,可以把林业法律规则分为确认性规则和构成性规则。

| Abstract: | according to different standards, forestry laws and regulations could be classified differently. In accordance with different functions in law adjustment, forestry laws and regulations can be classified into regulation of adjustment and regulation of protection; according to whether allow participants of forestry relations to adjust on their own, it can be classified into forced regulation and free regulation; according to different degrees that the contents could define, it can be classified into definite regulation and relatively definite regulation; according to whether the relation adjusted by regulation emerges before the regulation, it can be classified into confirmed regulation and component regulation. |
