宁波市农村发展模式初探

宁波市坚持以农业和农村现代化建设总揽农业和农村工作全局，以经济建设作为农村发展的突破口，坚持把促进农民增收作为根本途径，大力发展农村二、三产业，坚持推进以市场为导向的各项配套改革，以政府为主导促进城乡一体化和城乡综合协调发展，探索出了一条独具特色的农村发展模式。本文对宁波市农村发展模式的内涵及其成因进行了探讨和分析，并提出了关于宁波市未来农村发展的几点思考。

A research on rural developmental model of Ningbo

Ningbo municipality insisted on achieving the modernization of agriculture and countryside as the key of its rural development, which took economic construction as the break of rural development and took increasing income of farmers as its major way. Meanwhile Ningbo municipality actively expanded rural industry and service trades, carried forward a serial of reforms in accordance to the guidance of market economy and brought about the integration and harmonious development of city and countryside in which government played a leading role. Now it has set up a distinctive rural developmental model. This article discusses the content of the rural developmental model of Ningbo and analyses its causes and finally put forwards some suggestions of rural development of Ningbo in the future.
