复杂适应系统视角下的商业银行与中小企业关系演进研究

在概述商业银行和中小企业关系现状的基础上对成因进行了较为系统的分析;首次引入了银行—企业—环境复杂适应系统,并在此分析框架下得出:商业银行和中小企业必然走向全面合作,实现互利共赢,从当前极度松散割裂的银企关系向紧密合作的银企关系演进;最后根据复杂适应系统理论对演进的实现路径进行了深入探索。

Research on the Evolution of Relations between Commercial Bank and Small and Medium Enterprises from the Perspective of Complex Adaptive System

Based on the presentation of current status of relations between commercial bank and SMEs,this paper makes a systematic analysis of its reasons.It then firstly introduces the bank-enterprise-environment CAS and concludes that commercial bank and SMEs are doomed to cooperate fully to achieve mutual benefits,and the bank-enterprise relation will evolve from extremely loose to closely cooperative.In the end,according to the theory of CAS,we make a deep exploration on the evolution road.
