| 摘 要： | 通过对湖南二本院校体育运动代表队目标及定位、管理体制及办队模式、招生现状、教练员队伍建设、竞赛体系、项目布局等方面的研究,对湖南二本院校体育运动代表队的发展现状进行梳理,了解目前存在的主要问题和症结所在,对拓展我省二本院校体育运动代表队建设的研究领域具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Based on the research of the sports delegations＇ objects, management system and team mode, enrollment situation, coaches team construction, competition system and project layont in common undergraduate colleges and universities of Hunan provice, this paper shows us the current development of these delegations, pointing out the main problems and crux, which will be of great importance in expanding the reasearch of the sports delegations construction. |
