| 摘 要： | 影响山西省普通高等教育发展的相关因素主要有政治、经济、人口等方面，对它们进行合理性分析，得到应提高师资质量、改善办学条件、稳定学费收取水平、完善贫困生资助制度、审慎对待银行贷款、加强对新升格院校和合并院校的协调管理、稳定发展高等教育规模的结论。

| Abstract: | The impact on the development of higher education in Shanxi Province common factors are political,economic,demographic.According to reasonable analysis,we should improve teacher quality,improve school conditions for a stable level of fees charged and improve the subsidy system for poor students,treat bank loans carefully,strengthen the new institutions to upgrade and consolidate the management of institutions to coordinate and stable development of the conclusions of the scale of higher education. |
