| 摘 要： | 学分制是以学分作为衡量学生学习成效,为学生提供更多选择余地的教学制度.它以选课制为基础,以因材施教为原则,以发挥学生特长、培养优秀学生为特色,以全面提升教育质量为目的,集选课制、导师制、淘汰制为一体的教学管理体制.分析了学分制的特点、优势以及影响其推行的因素,以促进学分制的进一步推进.
