警务实战训练方法研究——谈案例、模拟一体化训练方法的成效

警务实战训练的成效不仅决定着我国警务人员的实战能力,更是关系着广大警务人员生命安全大事,因此注重警务实战训练成效研究,探究警务实战训练具有实效方法是当前广大警校教学的重心。本文从案例与模拟一体化视角出发,以我校2015-2016级200名学员的实训成效为研究数据,探究案例、模拟一体化训练方法的实际教学成效,期待通过实验检验的训练方法能为我国的警务实战训练成效的提升及训练方法的科学化、体系化做出一定贡献。

Research on Police Practical Combat Training Method--On the Effectiveness of Cases and Imitating Integrated Training Method

The effectiveness of police practical combat training not only determines the actual combat ability of police personnel in our country,but also relates to the life and safety of police personnel. Therefore,it is the focus of teaching in police schools to pay attention to the effectiveness of police practical combat training and explore the effective methods of police practical combat training. From the perspective of case and simulation integration,this paper takes the training effect of 200 students in our school from 2015 to 2016 as the research data,explores the actual teaching effect of case and simulation integration training methods,and expects that the training methods tested by experiments can improve the effectiveness of police practical combat training and make the training methods more scientific and systematical.
