| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、访谈法、田野调查法等研究方法,以道家传统养生文化为切入点,对壶瓶山养生文化展开研究,探讨壶瓶山养生文化内涵,分析其对现代养生观念的影响,从文化层次理论--物质、制度、精神三个层面来分析其现代价值。

| Abstract: | This article mainly adopts literature,interview,field investigation and other research methods to study the health culture of Pinghu Mountain based on Daoism traditional health culture. It explores the connotation of Pinghu Mountain health culture,analyzes its influence on the concept of modern health,and illustrates its modern value from the 3 level of cultural structure-material,system,and spirit. |
