高校竞技健美操运动员膝关节运动损伤原因及预防

摘    要:本文对高校竞技健美操专项运动员的膝关节损伤进行了探究,提出了一些预防建议与手段,旨在减少竞赛训练以及上课过程中的膝关节损伤。使用了文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法,且通过分析得出以下措施:(1)准备活动与整理活动结合;(2)合理安排运动负荷;(3)加强技术动作的规范性、熟练性;(4)增加膝关节力量和柔韧性;(5)注意调节心理情绪因素;(6)医务监督及增强自我保护意识。

Abstract:This paper explores the knee joint injury of college competitive aerobics athletes,and puts forward some preventive suggestions and means,aiming at reducing knee joint injury during competition training and class. By using the methods of documentation,expert interviews and logical analysis,the following measures are obtained:(1)combining preparatory activities with finishing activities;(2)arranging exercise load rationally;(3)strengthening the standardization and proficiency of technical movements;(4)increasing knee strength and flexibility;(5)paying attention to adjusting psychological and emotional factors;(6)enhancing medical supervision and self-protection consciousness.
