关于高校学生社团思想政治教育功能的思考

近年来,高校学生社团迅速发展并逐渐成为校园文化的主阵地,在大学生思想政治教育工作中发挥着重要作用。但也存在着许多不足,突出表现在:一些高校对学生社团在思想政治教育工作中的地位重视不够,对社团干部缺乏必要的理论培训,社团干部自身对思想政治教育工作要求不严,学生社团活动社会价值定位不高等。高校应加强对学生社团工作的指导和业务的培训,进一步提升社团成员思想道德素质,规范学生社团管理,充分发挥党团组织在学生社团中的核心作用。

Reflection on the Function of Ideological and Political Education of College Student Associations

Recent years,college student associations have developed fast and gradually become the main platforms of campus culture.They play an important role in ideological and political education of colleges.Howerver,there are still some shortcomings and the most obvious examples are as follows:ideological and political education of student associations at some universities are inadequately stressed;association management needs to be further improved in terms of theory learning and ideological and political education;the status of association avtivities are not well valued by society.Universities should strengthen the guidance and training of student associations,further enahance the ideological and political education of association members and standardize student association management.The Party and Youth League should bring their core role into full play in student association management.
