| 摘 要： | 本文以CCTV的组织结构变革为例,梳理了电视媒介组织的结构的演进过程,并以组织权变理论为依据,考察了技术作为内在动力对电视组织结构变革的推动作用,并参照网络电视组织结构的发展现状,认为数字电视的技术系统及其互动传播特性正在消解传统的电视组织结构,逐步形成一种去中介化的、具有平等交流意识形态特征的新型组织结构,从而为未来的数字电视组织结构提供了一个理论模型。

| Abstract: | From the process of the TV organization structure,we think the technology plays an inherent and important role in it.According to the development of the organization structure net-TV,we also find out that the technology and the communication characteristic of digital TV are forming a new organization structure,and it is disintermediation and equality.Finally,we hope the dissertation may contribute a new type of organization structure in theory. |
