| 摘 要： | 三号位个人快攻战术创新打法，是由“前探”和“转体前探”两种打法组成。有效突破对方拦防，使得分变得容易，这个战术近似于一般快攻又不同于一般快攻，是在一般快球和转体快球基础上衍生出来的一种新的战术方法。是利用非常规打法打破常规拦网，技术动作简单容易操作，“前探”和“转体前探”战术的使用极大牵制了对方拦网。该项个人快攻战术的出现与应用，符合国际排球运动发展方向，使个人快攻战术产生多样化，也寻找到突破对方拦网的有效办法，使排球快攻战术有了质的飞跃，比赛变得更加精彩纷呈。

| Abstract: | The 3rd individuals break tactical innovation play includes "former Exploration" and "Swinging former exploration".Effective prevention makes breakthrough at the other side to stop the change easily,It is similar to the tactics but different from the general break which comes from the general fast ball and the swinging fast ball.Using unconventional way of breaking the conventional block,skill becomes easy.Using "before Exploration" and "Swinging ago Exploration" tactic greatly constrains opponent's block. |
