| 摘 要： | 在阐述了后发优势与劣势的概念及其内涵之后，对湖南经济发展中所面临的主要后发优势和劣势进行了分析，指出湖南经济发展的关键在于弱化劣势，强化优势，创造条件促使劣势向优势转变。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the definition and connotation of advantages and disadvantages of backwardness and, then, analyzes the major advantages and disadvantages of backwardness which has appeared in the economic development of Hunan province. On this basis, this paper states that the key point of developing Hunan economy is to overcome the disadvantages of backwardness, strengthen the advantages of backwardness and transform the disadvantages of backwardness into advantages of backwardness by adjusting other conditions. |
