力学性能试验中的概率论与随机过程

摘    要:当机械系统的零件作随时间而变化的运动时,该系统就为振动系统,因此机械零件对动载荷的响应可认为是振动.机械设计中要考虑的响应为应力和变形,而激励(动载荷)为力和加速度.文章将概率论与随机过程在阻尼器力学性能试验中的应用进行分析.

Abstract:When the parts of mechanical system change with time and movement, the system moves slightly, and the system vibrates. Therefore, the mechanical parts' response to dynamic load can be considered vibration. The response should be considered in mechanical design for stress and deformation, and the excitation force and acceleration (load). The measure, the sensor, the accelerometer or strain gauge show the characteristics of components or systems, namely, dynamic load is not a constant amplitude, but a random amplitude. This paper analyzed the application of probability theory and stochastic process in the test of damper mechanical properties.
