| 摘 要： | 文章以北京大学学生干部为例,在调研和统计分析的基础上,论述了性别对学生干部的影响.研究结果显示:性别对高校学生干部发展的的影响不大,学生干部队伍中的性别差异主要依据岗位需要而定,与性别的关系不大.

| Abstract: | This article takes Peiking University as an example, on the basis of investigation and statistical analysis, discusses the influence of gender on development of student cadres. Research results show that gender impact on development of college student cadre is not big, student cadres of the gender difference is nainly affected by the position requirements,and gender differences. |
