民办高校英语专业教师队伍建设与发展特色化问题对策研究

民办高校英语专业教师队伍建设与发展对民办高校是否能健康持续地发展至关重要。民办高校建设应借鉴国外经验同时,立足国内民办高校发展与英语学科发展的实际,力求将民办高校英语专业教师队伍打造成具有科学规划,合理发展,高效的结构优优势,充满创新活力,发挥专业特色化具有高尚情操和精湛专业技术的特色化队伍。其建设实践应围绕一"心"四"点"逐步展开:一"心"是指要以"师资队伍建设特色化研究"为"中心",四点即依托国家与地方软硬环境条件的支持,地方区域社会与经济发展特点,民办高校英语学科专业建设与发展特点,民办高校英语专业学生群体特点。并根据特点制定出特色化建设的对策。

The Analysis of the Development and Potential of the Facul- ty Team in English Major in Private Higher Education

It is quite vital for the private higher education to establish and develop a higher professional and qualified faculty team, which will play an essential role in the comprehensive de- sign for the former. While taking the experience from abroad, the national private higher education should establish a faculty team with the advantages of scientific design, rational development, high efficiency, full of vitality and creativity, excellent morality and specialization based on the practical development and English subject. The focus should be centered on one principle and four branches, One center refers to the focus on the ＂study of spe- cialized faculty＂ and the four branches refer to the supportive policies of national and local conditions, the characteristics of lo- cal society and economic development, the features of major establishment and development as well as characteristics of the English major students. Consequently, the characteristic solu- tions are finally searched.
