| 摘 要： | 本系统分析虚拟企业指挥协作中收的高智商性、触角器官灵敏性、运动系统敏捷性，新陈代谢通道高畅通性、虚拟企业生命周期短暂性、生命体组成要素长期性等五大类生物特性，并运用经济学理论阐明虚拟企业类生物生长的机理。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the five Characteristics of virtual enterprises like life-form are analysed. They include high IQ center of cooperation, sensitive organs of touch, agile system of movement, expeditous channel of metabolism, transient cycle of life and long life of element in the virtual enterprise. In addition, the growth mechanism of virtual enterprise like lif-form is explained by aid of economic theory. |
