| 摘 要： | 文章从具体的司法案例入手，通过对校园伤害事故的剖析，结合我国侵权责任法的相关规定，探究在不同的校园伤害事故中所应适用的具体的归责原则，以期为司法实践中确定校园伤害事故中事故各方所应承担的责任提供学术借鉴。

| Abstract: | This article proceed with the specific judicial case, analyzed some campus accidents, and combined with China＇s tort liability law, research to how to apply which imputation principle to different campus injuries accidents, in order to provide some academic references to determine every parties should bear the responsibility in the campus injury accidents in the judicial practice. |
