| 摘 要： | 本文通过社会调查和数据分析,了解到目前高职院校的英语教学与社会需求之间存在一定的差距;而要缩小二者之间的差距,实现高职院校的英语教学目标,英语教学必须根据社会需求进行改革,使课程设置更加合理,教学内容更切实际,教学手段更加多样化,语言测试更趋科学,从而为社会培养有效的应用型人才。

| Abstract: | College English teaching in technical colleges should focus on social demands,but the results and analyses from surveys on current college English teaching and social requirements find out a difference between them.In order to narrow the gap between them and achieve the goal of college English teaching,the current English program must be reformed in such aspects as course designs,teaching contents,teaching means and language tests so that talents in the dire need of the society will be well-trained. |
