| 摘 要： | 当前 ,学校各项改革不断深入开展 ,新的形势要求学生思想政治教育工作的体制、内容、方式必须适应新的需要 ,本文从离退休教师参与该项工作的自身优势 ,离退休教师参与该项工作的尝试和成效 ,离退休教师参与该项工作的前景与展望等三个方面 ,阐述了离退休教师参与学生思想政治教育工作的可行性、必要性、重要性 ,在学校开展多元化教育方式上进行了积极尝试和探索
