| 摘 要： | 本文应用光学、电子显微镜技术研究栉孔扇贝（Ｃｈｌａｍｙｓｆａｒｒｅｒｉ）卵子发生过程中卵细胞内部构造的变化．根据细胞大小、卵黄粒的有无、核仁的形态、细胞器演变特点，栉孔扇贝的卵子发生可分为卵原细胞、卵黄发生前期的和卵黄发生期的卵母细胞三个时期．
